Positive Beautiful PH apartment with its own pool and balcony on 4th floor of a very nicely designed new building. Equipped nicely for a couple. Just 2 blocks from the lake in a residential neighbourhood. Some restaurants and stores within walking distance. El Centro about 5mins away by car. Easy electronic entry and parking right outside on the street.

Positive Apartment was very clean, nice and roomy, full size fridge and appliances worked. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked well in both rooms. The location was very close to the lagoon, walking distance.
