Positive Four minute walk to the nearest Walmart, and great bakery around the corner. Less than a 10 minute walk down to fifth Avenue. The condo was clean, neat and nicely appointed . Rooftop pool was great water was clean. However, there were no shady spots so if you wanted to use the pool in the afternoon, it was too hot. However, it was very nice later in the even
