    Positive Guadalupe and all the staff were excellent for suggestions and calling our cabs for us to venture out. And even the hotel owner pick up from the bus terminal as our flight in was canceled due to tropical cyclone and had to take a bus from Cancun to Bacalar (5.5 hours) couldn’t reach the hotel as phones and electricity was affected, but owner(Alejandro ) reac

    Positive Out of the surrounding properties this is from our perspective the one that provides the largest sites per number of guests. The hotel offers a large area with gras to hang around, several hammocks and sundbeds etc. We have seen other hotels, much more pricy ones, that had much smaller space to hang out at the lagoon.
