Positive Location was good, security was good and staff were helpful. Was nice to have tuktuk for T21 and MRT.

Positive Concierge on duty is always helpful and receptive. He doubled as driver of the shuttle bus to/from hotel. He was very helpful in loading our luggage from room to our ride.

Positive Walkable to café and restaurant, quiet, good air conditioning. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was very nice and if you have a pet, there is an outdoor area to sit and eat.
