    Positive Everything is superb. Especially, the staff. They are very helpful and welcoming. Special mention to Ms. Sai, Toy, Toey. She gave us an early check-in and late check-out for the room. The best part, a free room upgrade! Additionally, the Novotel team set up a "happy birthday" sign in our room and they even sang happy birthday to me and prepared a cake too. I

    Positive This is my 2nd stay at Novotel Siam and what I most recommend are as following : Location : I love traveling by public transportation so Novotel Siam Square is the best hotel for my choice. Only 100 m from BTS : Siam Station that you can take either Sukhumvit or Silom line very conveniently. Breakfast : variety of choice and delicious especially Noodle soup
