Positive Very clean and neat mostly and excellent price plus a nice little breakfast buffet in the room which was a nice touch only thing let it down was no soap or shampoo , I had some anyway but should be there and a £100 cheaper than the hotel across the road that also charges you a £100 a night deposit and sometimes takes a week to get back.
