    Positive Staff was helpful very polite. When their was confusion with the readiness of one of the rooms in my group I was offered a complimentary beverage from bar. That was very nice. Issue was cleared up in less than 10 minutes.

    Positive We really loved the staff at this hotel. The property is not the poshest nor is it supposed to be, but the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and lovely. The hotel itself is comfortable, nice lobby and enormous bath tub in the room. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train. We enjoyed our stay very much.
