    Positive Location is better than advertised. Right in the heart of the Quay area, next to the river with a lovely private terrace. Great views from middle and top floor.

    Positive The location was fantastic. Overlooking the canal . 10 mins walk from the centre. Quite a few restaurants nearby - Browns and Rockfish were particularly good. Lovely walk/cycle up to the Double locks pub . Fantastic for getting around on the buses which were very efficient . Went to Totnes, Sidmouth and Topsham. The bus to Dawlish was taking much longer than
