Positive The VIEW!!! (see pic taken from the window!) The convenience of location, the cleanliness - the quick responses from James when we had questions - the huge windows that open right out onto the Cathedral Yard! - the fireplace - the rain overhead shower!

Positive The best thing about this apartment is the location; it literally has a cathedral view and it is spectacular. The apartment is awesome and has all modern fittings including a washer/dryer for laundry which was why I decided to rent here.
