Positive Location - perfect. 2 minutes from Metro (smith like Tram), 7-10 minutes on foot to all the sightseeing. Staff - I saw them only during breakfast and also on reception. But it's clean everywhere, and if you need help, you get it immediately. Breakfast - quite good.
