    Positive Great location, a few minutes walk from New Street station and very easy to find (provided you go out of the correct station exit). Friendly and efficient staff on reception and at breakfast. Beautiful building with high ceilings, lots of wood panelling and a sweeping staircase.     Positive A beautiful building conveniently located across from the New Street station. Staff were friendly and stored my luggage while I explored the city before check-in. I requested a quiet room and they succeed. A very nice, cosy bed and pillows. Plenty of space in the room. It was nice to have a kettle for coffee in the morning.
