Positive Warm & friendly welcome from reception. My room had been newly refurbished and was clean, comfortable and very well thought out. Lovely bathroom too. Complimentary mini bar and snacks were a lovely touch. Location super handy for the station and shops. So pleased I picked this hotel - will definitely be back.
