Positive The hotel is great! Quirky, funny, friendly! My room was perfect, bed comfy, cool lighting in the room, super clean. And the staff, Briar in particular, was amazing and ever so helpful and friendly. From where to eat (Sunday roast at Duke’s Umbrella was beyond!), train schedule, hiking gear, sites to see, to calling me a taxi. Lovely stay at the Moxy in Glas

Positive We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly all times of the day. The reception/bar area was comfortable and welcoming. The room warm, and a pleasure to stay. The location might often be overlooked by tourists but Merchant City is a great area from my perspective.
