Positive Very friendly staff from the reception thru the dinning staff. I originally wanted a Hotel close to Heathrow airport and accesible for public transportation that didn’t disappoint. Major bus stop across the Hotel.

Positive A short distance to terminal 5. Cheap shuttle service in Mercedes Benz van , only $10 or so, don’t waste your money on Uber! Great and generous breakfast and I tried dinner there which was yummy. The gym was decently equipped, could be a bit cleaner.
