    Positive Close to the subway, restaurants, gift shops and grocery shops, 10-15 min by subway to the major London tourist attractions. Clean sheets and towels. Good wifi.

    Positive The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. We had arranged a small room but when they saw our luggage they upgraded us to a larger room. They were also in a really good location next to a tube station with lifts
