    Positive Friendly staff, comfy beds, I was actually upgraded to a double room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room with a view of the lovely garden in full bloom, as it was spring. I only needed one night, so it was great for that.

    Positive Excellent check-in time - 2:00PM. I booked 2 rooms and one was ready at 12PM when we got there. Location is great. Within 7 - 10 min walk you are at 2 different tube lines and many choices of buses. I mean it is not literally "in the center" of London, but within 10 - 30 mins you can get anywhere in the center.
