    Positive There is no breakfast- does not matter, the neighbourhood is full of great places. There is enough (coffee and tea) to get started in the day! The staff is polite, friendly, and went out of the way to make our stay pleasant. I would like to live there and be greeted by such kind people every day!     Positive Great location two minutes walk from Hyde Park / Kensington Gardens yet very quiet ... no street noise at all. The staff were very helpful and went above & beyond to ensure a great stay. The room was spacious by London standards and comfortable. Easy access to Paddington station and several good restaurants around the corner. Will stay again.
