Positive We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sergul. This was our first time in London and the first stop on our trip. We were pleased that we were able to easily walk from the tube to the hotel and were happy that there wee so many small, but varied, neighborhood restaurants within walking distance. The proprietor was extremely helpful in helping us navigate pub

Positive The location was great with amenities close by, a little noisy, but that's London for you. Mara the manager was very friendly and open to any questions and requests. The room itself was nice, clean and was just about all my brother and I needed really.

Positive The owner Mara was super nice and helpful. She let me leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout time until I retrieved it at night. She helped me find a restaurant after hours, called Stansted Express for train schedule, and waited for a Uber with me at the door. I felt like a guest in a relative's house.
