    Positive i don't really understand poor rating they have. Ifyou book budget room, don't expect butler at the door and golden taps in toilet. I got everything i expected: clean linen, clean en-suite bathroom, kettle and coffee. But most of i'm satisfied with it's staff. Very responsive, friendly and helpful. Free parking at the back and great location right next to M4
