    Positive The place was very nice, clean. Had nice towels (that's really great). The bed and beddings were okay too. Checking in and out was easy and smooth. The bathroom was very clean and had basic stuffs needed (like toothpaste incase you forgot yours).

    Positive Staff were excellent and the facilities spotless. Its not Mayfair but the location to LHR, car rentals, Elizabeth line and a good pub (The White Hart) was great and just what I needed for myself.

    Positive A really great place to rest my head. The room was clean, hygienic, tidy and spacious. It was comfortable and made for a very easy stay overall. The location was excellent — within walking distance of the train station and my main office in Hayes, which was very convenient. The setup was straightforward, access was simple, and everything felt well organised.
