    Positive Spacious well equipped annexe in a rural quite location but only 15 mins drive into Exeter Great host who was available to to deal with questions and a late check in

    Positive Stayed here with our Grandchildren, lovely rural location they particularly liked the playhouse in the garden. Although the surrounding roads are narrow there are plenty of passing places. Lisa was very helpful throughout our stay. Would stay again.
