Positive Beautifully presented hotel, and very close to where I was working in cardiff (at the theatre), the pool was great and the sauna facilities were nice, the staff were very attentive and focused on security too. No random people were able to wander in!

Positive Everything. The staff was absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for you from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. So helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and comfortable. The swimming pool is an added bonus and so clean as well as the changing rooms. Having a later check out was also a lovely touch.
