    Positive We enjoyed the old grand hotel feel. Our room was an adequate size. Close to Mermaid Quay.

    Positive Super friendly staff, nothing was to much for them. We had an issue with the room we first book, it had a terrible smell from the bathroom plumbing. The receptionist swapped us straight away to a bigger better room.

    Positive Value for money was amazing, super helpful staff who booked a cab to our gig, booked us in with a smile and everything was so relaxed. Breakfast included in price. Good selection of hot and cold. Will stay again.
