Positive This is an exceptionally well located hotel for walking London. The hotel has lovely rooms and excellent staff, Robert in particular, who works the door and lobby, is so gracious and helpful and has a great smile! It makes you feel at home, being in a space that clearly prioritizes making their customers happy and who are always welcoming.
