Positive Everyone was so friendly, service was fantastic. Room was very good, spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a good selection. Great location right near St James Park.

Positive Very good historic hotel, we were happy with our choice. The staff is very nice and although it's an old building, it was spotless, especially the room. It's a 4* hotel but cleanness was def 5* level.
