    Positive Location is very good for both pubs and restraunts (5min walk) and also the beach and promenade (again 5min walk) Parking off road is available which is a huge advantage on busy weekends as the streets and beach front fill up very quickly with visiting vehicles Owner is friendly and very helpfull with advice on local services as this was out first visit to S

    Positive Verry comfortable room, spotlessly clean alongside the shower. Excellent location for exploring the beach or pottering in town. James, the property owner, gave great tips on places and pubs (!) to visit
