    Positive Made to feel very welcome from Monica and explained everything about room, B and B etc. I asked if my daughter, who wan't staying overnight and lives locally, could join us for breakfast. She said no problem for a small additional cost, we really appreciated that. Location was ideal for uni, city centre, airport, transport links etc. And at a decent price. L

    Positive Breakfast was great (fresh fruits, toasts, cereals of all sorts, pastries, teas, coffee, milk and juices). The room was very comfortable and spotless clean. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
