    Positive Property was in the heart of the Exeter shopping district had and super cool vibe. It was really close to the Exeter Phoenix club where our friends the Billy Walton Band were playing. Great shopping area and lots of good places to eat…especially The Ship. Room was comfortable and had a hip vibe.
