    Positive Great location within walking distance of train station, town centre, the river, cathedral etc Spotlessly clean, tea and coffee topped up daily Relatively quiet on most days Friendly staff Good sized room with plenty of storage

    Positive The college had a welcoming atmosphere, and although there were few people in residence, all the staff I met were friendly and helpful. To be able to stay on the "Peninsula" in Durham, the heart of the historic city, was a special experience. It was very quiet.
