Positive Great location, couldn’t get a better spot for a visit to Paignton. Leigh and Vicky are excellent hosts and couldn’t do enough to help.

Positive Vicky and Leigh were very friendly and helpful as hosts. Room was good value as were the breakfasts with Leigh going out of his way to get some particular fruit in which went very well with her homemade pancakes! Reserved parking spots about 100m away from property were very useful. Nice and close to seafront and quite a choice for local pubs and restaurants

Positive The staff was absolutely incredible very friendly and just made us feel at home, the BNB was beautiful inside and out and our room was immaculate, and the breakfast !!! Absolutely delicious !!
