Positive The cottage was beautiful , the views from the windows where breathtaking and the whole cottage was spotless. The beds were very comfortable too. The location was perfect lots of lovely walks on your doorstep and the little gallery cafe was delightful. I would definitely like to stay again hopefully soon

Positive Location and views are very good and the sound of the river flowing near by is great. Access to bike trails on the door step. Short trip to the Royal Oak pub in Braithwaite also a bonus.

Positive A little gem of a cottage. Great location for heading to Keswick, just a short drive away. It was a great base for all our days out, to be honest. Had everything we needed. Beds were so comfy, and the sound of the waterfall outside was an added bonus. Really good communication from host also. Can't wait to stay again.
