    Positive Bathrooms clean good hot shower and reasonable space . Bed comfortable and room warm . This is February. Dining room pleasant and breakfast quite good although the heating was turned up too high . Value for money . Location good to restaurants and bars .     Positive The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to look after my elderly parents. Helped them find their way around the hotel and let them use the service lift to get to breakfast on Christmas Day ( no customer lift- stairs only). Room warm, clean and comfortable
