Positive Everyone was extremely nice. The rooms were impeccable. The traditional English breakfast was excellent and the service was very good. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone staying in London. The location was perfect next to the British Museum in a very nice neighborhood.

Positive We love this hotel. The location next to the British Museum is perfect. Staff are knowledgable and helpful. We had dinner overlooking the garden and it was excellent quality and reasonably priced. The special treats such as choc chip cookies - fabulous!
