Positive Almost across the street from the tennis center for the Eastbourne tennis tournament. A block from the beach walk. Ten minutes walk to the pier. Five minutes walk to the bandstand; great brass band concert and fireworks.

Positive I have been coming here for the last 3 years. It suits my needs. I have had breakfast there once which was nice but can get the same quality cheaper at local cafes.
