Positive This was a nice place to stay and close to the beach. The room was clean and tidy. The place was on the old side but that is what I am finding in England. Car park out front. Instructions to the safe box was easy to find and get in.

Positive We liked the location, the room was great, good size and very clean. The bed was comfy and the en suite great. The owner made a great breakfast and the off road parking was useful.

Positive The property was very clean and the welcome was exceptional. Cliff is a credit to the b&b / hotel industry and is exactly what you want and need to make your stay one too remember. Breakfast was exceptional and well presented and always served with a smile from Cliff. Would highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again. Well worth booking the brea
