Positive We had a great short stay at the Royal. The staff were wonderful - responsive, professional and accommodating, and just lovely, warm and genuine people. We were offered a travel cot for our baby without even asking. The hotel itself is very pleasant, the room was large enough, spotlessly clean, and had all the basic amenities for our trip.
