Positive Really good stay at a convinient location yet away from crowds. It's not the newest hotel but it's well maintained. The room had really good size, the beds were amazing. Lovely breakfast with decent options to choose from.. The staff was extremely welcoming, they were really so attentive, it let a warm feeling. Good connection to the city with bus and tube.

Positive Very central to everything! Lovely being across the street from Hyde Park and enjoyed many walks watching all of the dogs:). We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast every day. There was a Waitrose Express underneath the hotel for anything you needed as well.

Positive The bed was comfortable, lighting was good happy they had on site parking. Breakfast was enjoyable, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
