Positive Room was excellent however the sofa bed had not been provided with bedding.

Positive We had an Executive Room with balcony overlooking The Thames. It was large with a good sized bathroom. The bed had a firm mattress, but very comfortable- the pillows were especially comfortable ( I forgot to find out the make but I had two of the best night's sleep in a very long time).

Positive What a wonderful hotel, newly refurnished to a high spec and super friendly staff. The location was fab with the busy outside bar area overlooking the Thames. I ate at the food truck in the outside bar area and the food was great, served quickly and hot. Would love to come back in the summer months to explore the area, it is picturesque.
