    Positive Perry was super friendly and a mine of information. The place was very nice and well located.

    Positive Perry was a great host, he was in touch beforehand to guide us and he sowed up at the property to check that everything was OK for us. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for us all to sit around in the evening, we even sat on the deck in the sunshine. Great location being easy walking distance to the T which got us to the centre of Boston
