    Positive Our stay was on the 2nd floor of the house. The house was spacious and rooms were really nice. Loved everything about the lay out. We stayed in the bedroom with the bathroom and my kids stayed in the other 2 rooms that were across from ours. The house wasn't too far from all the tours booked maybe about 15 minutes away from Fenway Park , Samuel Adams Brewery
