Positive I was stuck at Ohare due to delayed flight and cancelled connecting flight, arrived around 10:00 pm. Had a previous unpleasant experience sleeping on floor there. Fortunately an airline person gave me a website to find a hotel. This one was relatively well ranked and less expensive. getting a bed was nice. Staff were good.
