Positive Lovely location south of Kailua; right on the ocean and very quiet (except for the birds). Pool and bbq facilities are very nice and convenient to all the units. Staff are quite pleasant and helpful. We had a small problem with the bill and they were quite amenable and efficient in resolving things for us, without argument. Our unit was well equipped for eve
