    Positive Farsheed helped me in real-time by phone to navigate to his location as I had arrived after dark. It was a tremendous help and a relief that he literally walked me through the driving directions to his address, staying on the phone with me until I arrived, exhausted. Very grateful that he went above and beyond the norm to welcome me in that way.
