Positive Everyone was very nice and accommodating, the bed was super comfortable! I always check everything when I walk in hotels and everything was clean and we also had extra towels and washcloths upon arrival. The view was impressive and we loved the balcony even though it was cold outside lol. We stayed in room 1211 and *muah* chefs kiss !

Positive The location . Close to subway stations. Friendly staff. Laundry facilities. Free coffee espresso all kinds. We had an issues but they tried so hard to fix it . So i gave that man ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️who helped us.
