Positive Located very close to Fulton subway station, lots of cafes nearby including budget friendly ones. Staff was very helpful. Their corporate taxi charged 105$ to JFK, when Uber showed around $130.

Positive I like its location east of Broadway in the financial district. I also like the lack of resort fees. The room is small like typical NYC rooms. The breakfast option at the attached restaurant is just okay.
