Positive Our door lock protection (not sure of the name) was broken. Looked @ if someone had kicked in the door ?!?! Didnt sleep well because of thought of someone breaking in

Positive The man at the counter was so nice and helpful. I was exhausted and not supposed to be there until 3 but he let me check in I guess he knew I was exhausted
