Positive The property was nice but the staff was always courteous, pleasant & very helpful. I’ll take that any day over spectacular decor but rude, unfriendly staff. It may just be an Oklahoma thing but I always felt welcome & that my comfort mattered to the staff. Really exceptional. I travel for a living btw.
