Positive The convenience of the 24 hour shuttle, every half hour. The freshly baked cookies as you arrive it's always a great treat after a travel day. The messages you get as you arrive to greet you and ask if you need anything and how fast they reply. I thought I had left a gift in the room and Tarla immediately sent someone over to check.
