Positive Basement apartment in north Ballard (Sunset Hill/Loyal Heights) in quiet residential area. Apartment had a large main bedroom and large full bath with great shower and full sized laundry. The unit has a full kitchen and some utensils and things. The owners provide plenty of items - paper towels and toilet paper, shampoo and body wash, linens and towels. The

Positive It was clean and nicely updated and the bed was comfortable The location was great as we needed to stay in Ballard. Neighborhood is nice and it was quiet.

Positive Air conditioning was amazing. The bathroom was newly remodeled and clean. The kitchen appliances were wonderful to use. Even an airfryer! Loved the location, felt safe, great bus route.
