Positive Very comfortably furnished. Great for one person. Owner communication was very timely and informative. Access to D rapid bus line was very easy. Ballard Farmer's market was nice. I liked that the door locked automatically after closing. Air purifier really helped provide white noise to muffle the traffic noise. Nice to have a little fridge and microwave, but

Positive Location was great, no trouble parking in front of the apartment in the evening through 9 am. Well decorated and comfortable furniture and bed, microwave and fridge made breakfast and lunches easy.
